Builder Sales & Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate the execution of client programs, project specifications and ensuring quality project completion in support of our operations team.
• Maintain deep relationships with clients, understand their challenges and needs.
• Ability to develop and grow a book of new business, and existing accounts under your command. Influence, delegate, and communicate, in deadline driven environment, ensuring sound planning, exceptional service, and a solid client relationship.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of activities carried out on behalf of assigned clients; change plans as necessary to produce results.
• Meet monthly with management team to share the status of accounts and troubleshoot any challenges.
• Travel as needed throughout the Metro-Cincinnati area.

Qualifications Required:

• Self-motivated
• Experience developing, cultivating, and closing opportunities with Clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and client communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Three or more years of related experience
• Excellent working knowledge of ERP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel,
• Access, PowerPoint and others as required
