Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of measuring and estimating
• Ability to demonstrate our products (blinds, shades, shutters, home automation, etc.) to prospective customers and close sales
• Well-versed in Windows PC applications which includes the ability to learn new computer system applications
• Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• First-rate verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to hit the ground running
• Solid math skills
• Basic knowledge of home décor related products
• Base salary $45,000 plus commission
